Light Up A Life with Oakhaven Hospice
We are pleased to support Oakhaven Hospice with their care for the recently bereaved. Light Up A Life is a service of remembrance an thanksgiving for families who have lost someone in recent months or years.
The bereavement does not have to be connected in anyway with the hospice – it is open to everyone. Two services will be held at St Thomas’ Church, Lymington on Monday 5th December at 3pm and then again at 6pm. At the end of the service there will be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of someone who has died. Seasonal refreshments will be available afterwards which will also give an opportunity to meet new friends. Outlook Bereavement Support (through Tapper Funeral Service) is delighted to be sponsoring some of the refreshments.
